We bring our own PRIs in from the TDM network on our PRIs and terminate them on our own Lucent fully redundant carrier grade switch . We maintain spares on site just in case something should go wrong. Its all about 5 nines.

Our equipment is colocated in a world class data centre in Montreal. We have battery power backup, with a diesel generator for prolonged outages. There are 4 levels of physical security to access our equipment, fire suppression and of course, full AC.
